Dr. Lowery has been faithfully serving the Church of God denomination for the vast majority of his ministry.

From a Pentecostal Holiness background, Dr. Lowery has emerged as quite a leader in the Church of God in the last several decades. Serving on the International Executive Council for thrity-four years, and on the International Executive Committee for a total of sixteen years, Dr. Lowery is one of the forerunners in the denomination.

His leadership has been pivotal in the church's growth and insatiable need to win souls to the Kingdom of God.
