Johnson City Church of God:

It is not often in life you meet someone in ministry that doesn’t loose his or her vision. I have known Dr. Lowery for over thirty years, and his passion and vision for ministry continues. He believes he cannot fail like Joshua, “… as I was with Moses, so shall I be with you…” God’s anointing is evident in his testimony of the past. However, in Johnson City Church of God, while still celebrating his 79th birthday you could see the evidence of the anointing of the present.

The church was challenged to be of like faith; this pastor is challenged to be of like faith. May the vision and passion for the Kingdom of God be imparted to the Johnson City Church of God and me.

Evidence followed that Dr. Lowery’s vision of Impartation is taking hold. The Sunday following the three days, and six services with Dr. Lowery we had thirty-five new visitors and several receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
