Recently, Dr. Lowery ministered at the Overcoming Believers Church in Knoxville, TN, with Pastor Daryl Arnold. The church was filled to capacity as hungry hearted people came to receive from the Lord. Such excitement and enthusiasm as people began to think of the goodness of the Lord during worship. The atmosphere for Impartation was set, as Dr. Lowery preached faith, deliverance, and what God is saying to this generation. Dr. Lowery prayed for his Sons & Daughters, who were filled with the power and Spiritual gifts. This service was the beginning of the raising up of a new generation of ministers filled with the double-portion anointing. Many came for salvation, many were filled with the Holy Spirit, and God truly confirmed His word with signs, wonders, and miracles.
